Local Community Partners

Ruth & Naomi’s walks alongside people on a journey of recovery demonstrating the love of Jesus. They do this through providing recovery support, meals, housing, and community. With a Continuum of Care model, Ruth & Naomi’s is a vital part of our community with programs including multiple shelters, daily meals, men’s and women’s recovery, affordable housing, and employment opportunities.

Wilma’s Transition Society – Xolhemet Society is an Indigenous non-profit organization dedicated to providing services, support, and education to women and their children who are impacted by the many facets of interpersonal violence. The mission of WTS is to improve the lives of individuals who have experienced interpersonal violence by providing safe shelter, advocacy, and support, and by creating social change through community education.

Chilliwack Bowls of Hope is a local non-profit organization dedicated to addressing food insecurity among school-aged children in the Chilliwack School District. Through programs such as the Starfish Pack, which provides weekend food hampers, and our Feed the Children program, which feeds lunch to approximately 1,200 children each school day, we ensure that children in our community have access to nutritious meals. Our mission is to ensure that no child goes hungry in Chilliwack.

Joshua House is a residential recovery community serving 100 men each day across Chilliwack and Abbotsford, where shared life, courageous accountability, mentorship, and long-term connection create the conditions for real and lasting freedom from addiction.

The Chilliwack Alano Club is a clean and sober community space located on Victoria Drive in downtown Chilliwack. The club offers free, peer-led support for people in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction, hosting over 90 meetings each month. A daily community kitchen also provides meals, helping create a safe, welcoming place for connection, support, and healing.
